Etica e Impresa
Per prima cosa la creazione d'impresa è vista come motore dell'economia: sotto il profilo dell'occupazione (creazione di posti di lavoro), in terms of innovation (technological and human capital building) and in terms of community support (more an economy is thriving, the more the community benefits from the use of tax revenues related to these production companies and their contribution direct donations and corporate social responsibility initiatives). Historically, enterprise creation (thanks to the contribution of the Austrian school of economics
) was seen as a mechanism related to balancing the market: for Schumpeter the creative destruction (business creation) allows the market to reach a temporary equilibrium (see
Kirzner entrepreneur , disclosing and seizing opportunities for arbitrage is not exploited by others, contribute to the rebalancing of the market (or, at least, to its general trend), for
Lachmann is the subjectivity of the individual that allows the creation of entrepreneurial opportunities through the continuous combination and recombination of knowledge and intermediate goods. While reflecting three different approaches, the quid trigger entrepreneurial action is the presence or the creation of opportunities.
It is, therefore, opportunities for entrepreneurs.
And if the business creation was a necessary and unavoidable choice for those who lost their jobs, has found it difficult to reintegrate into the labor market?
In this perspective, if we have their implicit contextual conditions of the American system, where any failure is not socially stigmatized (but on the contrary is often frowned upon by the investors - venture capital, angel and whatever ' other) and where it prefers an approach to a
interventivista wait with regard to the dynamics markets (in this case, the workplace). However, it is marked contrast to the slow adopted to explain the phenomenon of entrepreneurship in different cultural contexts. E 'to be expected that this perspective to take root in an Italy where the labor market (especially for young people) is difficult to access, a source of frustration and low wages? If this can help change the approach to the labor market of young Italians (particularly graduates) and contribute, thus, innovation and business start-up time, so be it.
